- Bulk or OEM custom orders: Delivery times will be confirmed by email separately.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Return & Refund Policy
- Regular (non-customized) products may be returned within 14 days of receipt in unused condition and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and not eligible for return unless defective.
